Iran Market Discovery
Turn a product question into an evidence-backed next decision. Apply the bundled evidence policy; national statistics provide context, not product-level demand.
For Iranian projects, read the Iranian-context discovery questions section in the task reference when money, payments, phone/SMS, fulfillment or local dates affect the request. Apply relevant checks only; keep other Persian regions and the user’s scope intact.
For articles or content interfaces, read the editorial section of the task reference when the request concerns local cultural fit, article comparison or reading/card usability. Apply only the relevant checks.
Workflow
- Frame the decision. Establish category, proposed customer/job, geography, period and decision to make. Ask only for missing information that changes the result; otherwise record bounded assumptions. Finish with an explicit question and scope; record language separately from market/service area and use the source guide’s local-context interview prompts when segment assumptions matter.
- Collect evidence. Read the source guide when selecting Iranian sources. Prefer original publications, company terms and user-supplied research. Capture publication/collection dates, segment, units and limitations using the evidence record. A homepage or unavailable report is not evidence for its numbers. Finish with an evidence ledger, including gaps and contradictory findings.
- Compare alternatives. Include direct competitors and substitutes such as informal providers or doing nothing when relevant. Compare customer job, offer, published price/currency, access, fulfillment and visible trust conditions. Mark unknowns instead of assigning unsupported market share or quality scores. Finish with a task-relevant comparison linked to evidence.
- Make the decision. Explain which option evidence supports, which inference connects it to the recommendation and what could overturn it. If demand is unproven, recommend validation before commitment. Match confidence to evidence relevance and sampling, not source count.
- Design the next test. For material unresolved assumptions, name participants, method, observable signal, a threshold agreed with the owner and the decision after either outcome. Treat interviews as exploratory unless sampling supports a broader claim. Finish with a practical validation plan.
Deliverable and completion
Return decision/scope, evidence ledger, competitor or segment comparison, recommendation with confidence, and next tests. Every material factual claim needs a source or user-evidence record; every demand claim must distinguish observation from hypothesis. State units explicitly, including rial versus toman and nominal versus inflation-adjusted figures when applicable.
