Review the implementation report and verify all acceptance criteria are met based on the plan by reading all actual code changes.

All changes like design or code should be match with your standard and expectations.

Create todo list for each acceptance criterion and track progress when verifying.

If there are issues found during the review, report all issues found during the review in /.plans/<features_summary>/issues/<phase_number>.md.
