The skill uses the environment endpoint SCALEKIT_ENVIRONMENT_URL (https://your-env.scalekit.com) at runtime to fetch live tool metadata via get_tools, and that fetched metadata is explicitly the source of truth used to determine available tools and guide LLM prompts, so external content at that URL can directly control agent behavior.
