<quick_start> When a skill is about to produce prospect-facing output, run the gates in this order:

1. Q — qualify_lead right after the candidate pull. Verdict decides exclude / stale-AE / tier.
2. S — spec: search_product_catalog (Epiphan AI) then Epiphan Knowledge search before any product or competitor claim. (search_product_knowledge no longer exists.)
3. B — brand: get_writing_style once per session, check_my_copy per string.
4. D — draft: create_draft (Gmail) from tkipper@epiphan.com; never send.

Any gate that cannot run → outcome partial with the stage named, or halt for list-producing skills when Q is unavailable. Append one line to ~/.claude/skill-runs/<skill-dir>.jsonl.
