Epiphan — Weekly Sales Tracker Brief (v1.0.0)
<quick_start> Trigger: "weekly sales tracker", "weekly brief for the week ending ", "weekly digest for last week", "backfill weekly tracker for ", or the Monday 7 AM Pacific Cowork task.
Chat mode: call weekly_brief({ week_ending, ae_names: ['Lex Evans','Phillip Sandler','Anthony Taroni'] }) once and answer from the response. Add clari_list_calls only when discovery-call counts are asked for.
Tracker mode (Cowork task, see Cowork Task Prompt): download sheet from Google Drive → detect last populated week (skip if this Sunday already exists) → weekly_brief (1 call) → clari_list_calls for discovery calls → append rows to Weekly Scorecard, Lead Flow, Website & Marketing, BDR Performance, AE Pipeline, Weekly Notes → upload → optional Slack summary → outcome sidecar.
Hard rules: append only, never re-pull history, STOP if the file is missing, SKIP if the week exists, "Phillip" not "Phil", pipeline_id = 'default'.
