<relationship_to_the_daily_sweep> The segment-sheet-daily-watch scheduled task already auto-enriches, round-robins, tasks, and enrolls every NA lead created on or after 2026-07-06, across every segment in the sheet. Don't duplicate that here for post-7/6 leads that are unowned and not an existing customer — they'll already be assigned and enrolled by the next daily run. This skill earns its keep on:

  • The pre-7/6 backlog. Contacts created before 2026-07-06 are explicitly excluded from the automated sweep — Tim is working through those manually with the team. Pull a segment, show pre-7/6 members, let the rep pick who to enrich and sync.
  • Held-back leads. The daily sweep's digest flags contacts it found but did NOT auto-assign (already owned by someone else, or an existing customer). Those need a human decision — this skill can look one up and let the rep (or Tim) manually sync it once the right call is made (e.g., after confirming with the current owner).
  • Anything urgent right now. A rep who doesn't want to wait for the next scheduled run can check a segment and act immediately. </relationship_to_the_daily_sweep>

<source_of_truth> Google Sheet "Sales Enablement - Follow Up Library", fileId 17seA1cgJ9nfsrmytOd4ca9r-BORU6OFJnZzAf-tT_Rw (Google Drive connector — ToolSearch "read_file_content" / "search_files" if not loaded). Columns: Source (Website/Advertising/Email), Type, Name & Link, Notes. The sheet carries a standing note — "No action on these lists yet; please do not contact" — which the daily sweep has an explicit, Tim-approved override for. This skill is a human clicking "go," so that note doesn't block a rep's own judgment call the way it gates the automation; it's still worth surfacing to the rep as context, especially for lower-funnel rows (content downloads, waitlists) the sheet flags as "might not be worth following up." </source_of_truth>
