1. execute_sql (Epiphan AI) on hubspot_deals (read crm://schema/hubspot_deals first) — all open deals for the requested scope (rep / pipeline / quarter); hubspot_search_deals for a smaller filtered pull. CSV export only if both fail.
2. execute_sql on closed-won/lost deals (last 12 months) — stage-duration benchmarks, win rate, probability calibration.
3. qualify_lead per associated contact on the critical/at-risk deals — stakeholder level (ATL/BTL) for the Stakeholder Coverage dimension.
4. Build the report (format below): stage table, critical stalled deals, forecast, scenarios, report card.
5. Per critical deal re-engagement email: check_my_copy → create_draft (Gmail). Report delivered in chat (markdown). </quick_start>
