<quick_start> Daily automated run (7am CST): Checks for deals closed since last run → attributes to skills/actions → updates portfolio → comp-plan tracker
Tool order: read ~/.claude/portfolio/last-run.json (recover per Stage 1 if missing/corrupt) → hubspot_search_deals → hubspot_get_deal per deal → qualify_lead on attributed contacts (dedupe only) → apollo_emailer_campaigns_search / Gmail search_threads / ask_agent for attribution signals → write portfolio.jsonl, digest, tracker → sidecar + run log.
On-demand: "portfolio update" → runs full attribution scan now "what did I influence this month" → generates monthly impact report "gtme evidence" → formats portfolio for interview/review context
