Objective
Automate the post-demo sequence for Epiphan Account Executives to maximize deal momentum. Within 2 hours of demo completion, generate:
- Demo recap email (Challenger-style, vertical-specific template)
- Internal HubSpot debrief note (MEDDIC scorecard, competitive intel, next-step flagging)
- Calendar event or check-in plan (scheduled meeting or 3-day follow-up)
- Stakeholder expansion research (if single-threaded)
- 5-touch momentum maintenance sequence (Day 0, 3, 7, 14, escalation)
Reduces manual work, ensures consistent follow-up quality, and flags at-risk deals early.
