Prospect Refresh Skill

<quick_start> Trigger: scheduled Monday 6:30 AM ET (schedule in config.json), after prospect-enrich at 6:00. Manual: "Run prospect refresh". Dependencies: Apollo credits, Epiphan AI MCP (qualify_lead, specs), Epiphan Brand MCP, Gmail (drafts only).

Tool order:

1. apollo_mixed_people_api_search per vertical — ATL titles from the ICP matrix, USA/Canada, up to 25 per vertical.
2. qualify_lead (Epiphan AI) by email per result — Gate Q: dedupe against HubSpot, Golden Rules, suppression, ATL/BTL tier. Nothing is enriched or drafted without a verdict.
3. apollo_organizations_enrich → Clay find-and-enrich-company fallback — top 30 by ICP score x tier.
4. search_product_catalog once per vertical (Gate S) and get_writing_style once per run, then check_my_copy per body (Gate B).
5. Gmail create_draft per prospect from tkipper@epiphan.com (Gate D, never send).
6. Deliver: HTML report + ~/.claude/skill-state/prospect-refresh/last-run.json handoff + Slack DM to Tim. </quick_start>
