A skill for authoring ONE model-aware Agent Skill against a Semantius semantic model, where the user supplies the task. The output is a SKILL.md package the user can install and a calling agent can invoke.

This skill forks the authoring framework from Anthropic's skill-creator (adapted for Semantius model awareness) and composes with use-semantius at runtime (the maker references it; generated skills declare it as a co-loaded dependency for CLI mechanics).
