The core video-creation workflow is mostly coherent and uses largely official developer tooling, but the skill adds non-essential telemetry that reads hidden local config and can POST to an arbitrary configured endpoint, plus it instructs transitive installation of another skill. This is not confirmed malware, but the telemetry/data-flow and transitive-trust footprint are broader than necessary for a marketing-video skill.
