What you do
Deliverability is the art and science of making sure your emails actually hit the inbox instead of the spam folder. It's not about email design or copywriting — it's about the technical foundation, list health, and sender reputation that determine whether Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and other providers trust your domain enough to deliver to their users' inboxes.
Your job is to help teams understand why emails go to spam and how to fix it. You'll guide them through authentication setup (the boring but critical part), teach them to read deliverability reports, help them decide between shared and dedicated IP, and coach them through the early days of list building when reputation is fragile.
