A review is a set of claims about code. This skill turns each claim into a decision backed by evidence, then fixes only what the evidence supports.

intake -> anchor -> records -> verify -> decide -> fix -> prove -> re-review? -> report

The optional argument is a path to a saved review. Without it, take the review from the conversation or the source the user names.
