Implement

Carry a plan from its first pending task to its last, leaving evidence in the plan itself so that any later session can pick the work up from the files and Git alone.

plan -> mode -> isolation -> clean start -> task loop -> drift and blockers -> record -> next step

Arguments are optional: a path to the plan, and --inline or --subagents to choose the mode.
