Session Learnings

A session leaves knowledge the next agent would otherwise pay for again. This skill keeps what changes future behavior, puts each rule where it applies, and drops the rest.

Take candidates from what actually happened in the session, not from intentions: a command that failed and the form that worked, a correction from the user, a wrong assumption, a decision the user made, a path or tool found only after searching. For each, note the event and the rule that would have prevented it or saved the search.
