Verify
A completion claim is a set of promises. This skill names each promise, runs a check that could prove it wrong on the tree as it is now, and gives one verdict tied to that tree. It changes nothing; the verdict is evidence for the next skill, not a permission.
pin tree -> claims -> blockers -> fresh checks -> equivalence -> bar check -> re-pin -> verdict -> journal -> next step
The optional argument is the plan path. Without it, look for the plan the conversation or the current branch points at; when there is none, run standalone (step 9).
1. Pin the tree
Record HEAD (full SHA), the branch, and the counts of staged, unstaged, and untracked
paths from git status --porcelain. Compute the fingerprint with the recipe in
tree-fingerprint.md, even on a clean tree: the plain
HEAD^{tree} still holds a committed plan. The real index is never touched.
