Create Task

Create tracked tasks with priority, due dates, and status workflow.

Prerequisites

Verify Tasks entity is enabled:

1. Check for .claude/data/tasks/meta.yaml (sharded) or .claude/data/tasks/records.yaml (legacy)
2. If not found, suggest enabling tasks via secondbrain-init or secondbrain-entity

Important Rules

• Do NOT add tasks to the left sidebar/navigation. Tasks are listed automatically via the EntityTable component on docs/tasks/index.md, which reads from .claude/data/tasks/ shard files. No sidebar modification is needed.
