Make the decision legible and revisitable. Avoid manufacturing certainty.

Frame the fork

1. Read .business/context.md, metrics, relevant evidence, and prior decisions.
2. State the decision, owner, deadline, and why it matters now.
3. Define viable options, including delay, a smaller test, and doing nothing when legitimate.
4. Separate non-negotiable constraints from preferences.
5. Agree on decision criteria before scoring options.

Evaluate

For each option examine:
