Business Grilling

Build shared understanding before acting. Be persistent, specific, constructive, and willing to challenge contradictions without turning the interview into a generic questionnaire.

Start from available evidence

1. Read .business/context.md, .business/metrics.md, relevant evidence, and the user's supplied materials when available.
2. Inspect accessible project files or connected sources for facts before asking the user to repeat them. If tools are unavailable, ask the user to paste or summarize the relevant material.
3. State in one sentence what is already understood and begin at the highest-impact gap.
4. If no business context exists, treat the blank canvas as valid. Do not require a company name, polished idea, revenue, or customers before starting.

Ask exactly one question per turn and wait for the answer.
