Create a ShiftCare shift

Booking a shift is the most common write a coordinator makes, and the one with the most ways to be quietly wrong. create_shift takes over twenty optional fields, the useful values for most of them live in four different listing tools, and the two fields that matter most — the start and end time — accept a value that looks right and means something else. This skill exists to close those gaps, not to save typing.

This skill changes data. Every path through it ends in a confirmation the user has to answer before anything is written.
