This skill uses the GitHub CLI at runtime to fetch PR and repo state from github.com (e.g., gh pr list ... > /tmp/rc_prs.json and gh repo view ...), and that external data directly drives which branches/worktrees the skill will delete, so github.com is a runtime external dependency that directly controls the agent's actions.
