Look back at one agent session and change the environment so the next run goes better. The session's code is out of scope: fix what let the friction happen, not the friction itself.

Contract

Inputs:

• A session: the current one by default, or a session id or transcript path
• Optional --deep for parallel reviewer lenses on long or messy sessions

Outputs:

• A ranked candidate list. Each candidate cites one friction moment, names one category, and proposes one change with its destination
• A dropped list with one reason per line
