Run one feature through Herdr

Read references/methodology.md and references/herdr-mechanics.md completely. The first owns role and gate semantics; the second owns exact Herdr transport.

Activation boundary

Require HERDR_ENV=1, Node.js 22+, a Git repository, an interactive orchestrator pane, named public Herdr commands, and two exact-fixture-proven reviewer vendors. Do not fabricate Herdr state and do not use this skill outside Herdr.
