Automate me
Follow the portable runtime contract for transcript discovery, questions, child roles, skill paths, and skill invocation.
A guided flow for turning the user's working conventions into a skill agents will follow. The output is one -mode skill tailored to them (e.g. jay-mode, priya-mode).
This skill orchestrates three parts: an inline mining pass (see step 1), the host's skill-authoring facility when available (or direct SKILL.md authoring when it is not), and the sibling unslop skill for prose discipline. It sequences them; it doesn't replace them.

0. Check for an existing skill
Look recursively in the current project's host-supported skill roots for **/*-mode/SKILL.md matching the user's handle. Within this package, use skills/<handle>-mode/SKILL.md or an established skills/<handle>/<handle>-mode/SKILL.md category. If one exists, confirm intent with the host's structured question facility, or one focused chat question when unavailable (unless they already said "update my skill" or similar):
- Update the existing skill (default for repeat runs)
- Start fresh (rare; ask why before doing it)
