• Attempt to modify system services in skill instructions detected (high risk: 0.90). The skill includes explicit privileged commands (e.g., "sudo apt-get install ..." and "sudo systemctl restart ...") and also instructs the agent to write README.md to the project root, which together could push an agent to perform privileged system changes on the host.
