Azure Communication Call Automation (Java)

Build server-side call automation workflows including IVR systems, call routing, recording, and AI-powered interactions.

Integration boundaries

Examples are fragments targeting the stated SDK version, not a complete IVR. Verify constructors/types against that version before compiling. Outbound calls/transfers incur charges and require approved recipients; recording requires appropriate notice/consent and protected retention. Authenticate webhook delivery, validate event schema, deduplicate event/operation IDs, and avoid logging DTMF/account data. An accepted asynchronous request is not proof playback/recognition succeeded: handle failure and disconnect events.
