They define the risk taxonomy/config/scoring contract; do not invent their contents or claim a full Brooks sweep without them. Obtain and review matching upstream material for that mode, or perform a clearly scoped ordinary source review using the inline guide and report the unavailable dimensions. A health score is unavailable without a defined validated rubric.
