The skill writes and opens a self-contained HTML report that loads and executes remote scripts at runtime from the Tailwind CDN (https://cdn.tailwindcss.com) and the Mermaid CDN (https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/mermaid@11/dist/mermaid.esm.min.mjs), so those external URLs are fetched and their code is executed when the report is opened.
