outsiders-ceo-capital-allocation-thorndike
Overview
This skill applies William Thorndike's The Outsiders framework to evaluate CEO capital allocation quality and business performance. It is designed for investors, board members, and analysts assessing whether a CEO is creating genuine long-run per-share value — not just growing revenues or appearing on magazine covers. The framework is derived from the 8 "outsider" CEOs who outperformed the S&P 500 by 20× on average: Tom Murphy, Henry Singleton, Bill Anders, John Malone, Katharine Graham, Bill Stiritz, Dick Smith, and Warren Buffett.
When to Use This Skill
Use this skill when a user asks:
- "Is this CEO a good capital allocator?"
- "Should this company do a buyback, acquisition, or dividend?"
- "How do I evaluate a CEO's track record?"
- "Is this company well-managed?"
- "Does this management team think like an owner?"
- "Why is this company underperforming despite high earnings?"
- "How should I think about this company's use of cash flow?"
Core Principle
Capital allocation is a CEO's most important job. A CEO has five deployment choices (reinvest in operations, acquire businesses, pay dividends, pay down debt, repurchase stock) and three raising choices (internal cash flow, debt, equity). The defining difference between outsider CEOs and peers was not charisma, strategy, or operational brilliance — it was rational, independent capital allocation that maximized per-share value over time.

22seo-metadata-audit
Perform a comprehensive SEO metadata audit on any webpage or HTML document, grounded in the 10 most important HTML meta tags. Use this skill whenever the user shares a URL, HTML source, or page content and asks about SEO, metadata, title tags, meta descriptions, canonical tags, schema markup, open graph tags, social sharing, mobile optimization, or why a page might not be ranking well. Also trigger for requests like "check my SEO", "review my page's metadata", "audit this site", "improve my search ranking", "generate an SEO report", or "what's wrong with my page's SEO". When in doubt, use this skill — it's better to run a partial audit than to answer SEO questions without it.
