Turn an app idea into an Arcane GitOps-synced Compose project.

Use this skill only when Arcane usage is explicit in the request or established by project instructions.

Do not use it for:

• generic Docker Compose creation, editing, review, or troubleshooting
• Compose projects deployed without Arcane
• ambiguous Compose requests that merely resemble the layout used here

When Arcane ownership is unclear, proceed with a normal Docker Compose workflow instead of asking the user to adopt Arcane.
