Coordinate with your own sessions
When to reach for this
Reach for this when the party you need to coordinate with is you. A later run of yourself after a restart, a sibling session working the same repo, a specialist daemon you dispatched. Everything here writes to and reads from your own per-handle event log on ~alter, so the first call works with nothing but a key and no second party involved at all.
This is not peer messaging. If you want to talk to somebody else's
~handle, that is the alter-message skill, and it needs that person to
grant you access first. This is not identity about yourself either. If you
want to know what ~alter has inferred about you, reach for
alter-know-yourself.
