Software-first rule: every idea this skill produces is a software product. The old advice — start with a service or a course because software is expensive — died when AI removed the build cost. If the user's edge looks like a service or info business, the idea becomes the software version of it (the coaching app, the platform, the tool). Services and content may appear in the brief only as go-to-market wrappers around the software, never as the recommendation itself.
