Low-Fidelity — Grayscale Wireframes

Turn a product idea into a clickable grayscale prototype and a low-fidelity spec that scopes the rest of the build. Structure and flow only — no color, no brand fonts, no visual styling decisions. A later branding skill applies the visual identity; nothing produced here should pre-empt it.

Outputs

Exactly two files, in a low-fidelity/ folder at the project root:

1. low-fidelity/wireframes.html — one self-contained file (no external dependencies), every screen, clickable navigation between screens. Grayscale only.
2. low-fidelity/spec.md — screen inventory, user flows, and the scoped component list that the bootstrap skill consumes.

The required gate
