Overview

Use local JetBrains IDE MCP tools for IDE-aware development work. If the tools are not available, guide the user to expose a real JetBrains MCP SSE or HTTP endpoint and configure the current AI tool without overwriting existing settings.

Core rule: do not invent an IDEA MCP endpoint, command, port, or config schema. Use visible MCP tools when available; otherwise ask for the exact endpoint or help the user enable it in the IDE.
