In-app help is the support chat in the bottom-right corner of every page (Settings → Support expands the same one). On load failure, Retry reconnects that conversation and returns after another failure; never replace it with a new filing.

1. Obtain consent; otherwise diagnose with oxygen-diagnostics.
2. Run oxygen support list --status open --json; reply to the existing Thread for the same issue. One Plain queue does not auto-dedupe filings.
3. Draft expected/actual behavior, impact, smallest reproduction, relevant IDs, version, and environment. Never include secrets or unrelated workspace data.
4. Show the payload/category, file through feedback/support, and return its ticket ID and deep-link.

Never promise a fix date or message another customer.
