Index first

1. Read the Knowledge index before searching or inventing a slug.
2. Search for the concept and open the few relevant pages.
3. Follow wikilinks and backlinks when they materially affect the answer.
4. Cite the page slugs used.
5. File durable findings or decisions back into the closest existing page, then append a log entry.
