Library Scope

This skill is a reusable curriculum standards evidence library, not a one-off 2022 query tool.

Current default corpus:

This published skill is a query-runtime package for production agents. It does not bundle raw PDFs, full OCR files, subject Markdown, raw table candidates, or asset-level generated indexes. Those full governance assets are maintained in the local curriculum governance project and used to build future skill releases.

Future corpora should be added as parallel versioned nodes under assets/corpus/, but only query-runtime manifests and released query data should be published by default.
