Purpose

Use this skill to make Multica CLI work repeatable and low-risk. Prefer scripts in this skill over re-discovering CLI syntax from scratch.

This skill owns the shared CLI mechanics for:

• Exporting an issue, comments, runs, run messages, and attachments for analysis.
• Producing a generic evidence bundle and low-level pattern index for another Skill to interpret.
• Backing up Multica workspace agents and skills before any configuration update.
• Comparing two backups before or after configuration changes.
• Planning guarded agent/skill updates without hiding destructive or live-system effects.
