RPG2 Runtime Log Retrospective

Use this skill when the RPG2 project manager asks the Log Governance Officer to review a completed or blocked production issue based on logs.

The goal is not a narrative summary. The goal is a reproducible post-run analysis that names evidence, separates deterministic signals from semantic judgment, and proposes concrete agent/skill follow-up work.

Inputs

Required:

• RPG2 issue id or key, for example RPG-525 or a UUID accepted by multica issue get.
• RPG2 workspace id. Default: 0219c935-55dd-4a5f-b30a-d1d49d4e395c.

Optional:

• Runtime log roots. Default search roots are ~/.claude/projects, /root/.claude/projects, /home/nd/.claude/projects, and ./runtime-claude.
• Output directory. Required: pass an explicit durable --out-dir outside this Git repository, for example E:\MulticaData\rpg2\retrospectives\RPG-123. The collector never infers a project-output root or falls back to a local directory.
• Whether to download issue attachments.
