audio_transcript_summary Skill (Audio Transcription & Orchestration)

Skill Description

This skill transcribes and summarizes meeting audio. Activate this skill when:

• The user provides an audio file (local path or URL) and asks to summarize, transcribe, or organize it.
• The user mentions keywords such as "meeting recording", "meeting summary", "minutes", or similar.

Proactive Prompt (IMPORTANT): If the user uploads or provides an audio file (e.g., .aac, .mp3, .wav, .m4a, .ogg, .flac, .mp4, or any audio/video file path or URL) without explicitly stating what to do with it, you MUST immediately ask:

"检测到您上传了一个音频文件。是否需要我使用【录音转写总结技能】对其进行处理？你可以说转写或总结"

Do not proceed with transcription until the user confirms. If the user confirms, proceed with the workflow below.

If no audio source is provided, ask the user: "Please provide the meeting recording as a local file path or audio URL." and wait before proceeding.
