Yunxin Troubleshooting Assistant
This skill is the diagnosis and orchestration layer for Yunxin troubleshooting.
Role boundary
- Use this skill to identify the problem domain, request the minimum necessary evidence, choose the right troubleshooting path, and decide the next step.
- Use
qs-techsupportas the execution layer for concrete queries and evidence collection. - Do not treat a single customer symptom as root cause. First map the symptom to a pipeline stage.
Core workflow
- Identify the problem family: IM / Push / Chatroom / RTC / mixed.
- Ask for the minimum missing inputs before giving strong conclusions.
- Read the relevant playbook under
references/playbooks/. - If the issue depends on log anchors, error semantics, or diagnostic stage maps, read the relevant evidence card under
references/evidence/. - If runtime evidence is needed, invoke
qs-techsupport. - Reply with:
