• Schedule periodic improvement cycles via cron
• Run a fixed number of improvement iterations with automatic plateau detection

When NOT to Use

• Single-shot improvement → use improvement-orchestrator
• Only want scores → use improvement-learner
• Only want baseline data → use benchmark-store
