Byted SOL Shipping Assistant

This skill helps you generate packing lists and proforma invoices using templates from the ArkDrive enterprise netdisk.

What This Skill Does

1. Reads customer information from Customer_company_Information.xlsx
2. Reads your company information from My_company_Information.xlsx
3. Reads product information from Product_Information.xlsx
4. Uses Packing_List_Template.docx and Invoice_Template.docx as templates
5. Generates new documents with filled-in information
6. Saves them to Shipping_list folder in a new directory named after recipient company + shipping date

Prerequisites

• Python 3 and python-docx, openpyxl, pandas must be installed
• ArkDrive enterprise netdisk must be mounted at /root/.openclaw/workspace/arkdrive_uploads
• All template files must exist in Shipping_info folder
