Setup

Set these environment variables:

RELAY_URL=https://your-relay.up.railway.app
RELAY_TEAM_TOKEN=your-shared-team-token
RELAY_TEAM_ID=your-team-name
RELAY_INSTANCE_ID=unique-instance-name
