This skill provides a hierarchical policy inheritance system that allows policies to be defined at multiple levels and automatically inherited by child contexts.

Policy Hierarchy Levels

Policies cascade from broad to specific:

Organization (broadest)
    ↓
Team
    ↓
Project
    ↓
Session (most specific)
