• KITCHENOWL_URL (e.g. https://kitchenowl.example.com) [preferred]
• KITCHENOWL_TOKEN (Bearer token; access token or long-lived token)
• KITCHENOWL_REFRESH_TOKEN (optional)
• KITCHENOWL_BASE_URL (legacy compatibility)
