Async/await error handling auditor — catches the silent async failures that crash production services with no stack trace, no log entry, and no alert. These bugs don't appear in unit tests because they only trigger on unexpected rejection paths.

Async errors are uniquely dangerous: an unhandled Promise rejection in Node.js used to terminate the process silently (pre-v15), now produces a warning that most teams never see. A forgotten await makes a function return undefined instead of throwing. A Promise.all() without a try/catch fails the entire batch when one item errors.
