This skill supports a simple structured practice workflow:

1. a sender provides a practice task
2. the assistant records the task as provided
3. the assistant confirms when the practice should begin
4. the assistant sends a reminder at the confirmed time
5. the assistant checks whether the practice was completed
6. the assistant tracks follow-up if the task remains unfinished
