🔴 ALWAYS alert immediately

• Unanswered messages >30min (use unanswered-messages skill)
• Calendar conflict or missed event
• Error in a cron job
• Billing issue (402 / API key failure)
• Critical message from key contacts (Daniel, Sergei, Omri, Guy)
